Even though born in Canada, Josh spent the first eight years of his life in California. He landed his first acting job at age nine, where he was in a commercial for British Columbia Tourism. This then led to him being a part in, MacGyver. He also scored the lead role in a musical production of, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, as Charlie. 

Josh is well known for his cast in the Disney films; The Mighty Ducks: 1, 2 and 3. But his first big screen debut was in, Crooked Hearts.
